The hotel building is old, not sure if this is theme they were going or it is just truly old structure. It is located within the Limketkai area, popular with high-end malls, restaurants and other go-to places when in CDO. Though the street leading to the hotel is quite off. No parking space aside from limited street parking. The hotel lobby is nice, restaurant is also situated upon the hotel entrance. Stairs and elevators are available. Rooms are spacious but the facilities are old-style. Most of them are either unusable or you don’t want t use anymore. Linen sheets are somewhat dirty, unsure if its cleaned properly. Curtains are obviously rarely changed. Always check the windows, as with any hotel room. Here, it’s unlocked and its the type of window that a person can easily burgle to. It’s just the rooms that I have problem with, but their lobby, restaurant and I guess their function halls are superb. Complimentary breakfast is available as well. Wide selection of meal platters for lunch and dinner is available. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Easy to book. Approachable staff. We Dont like their breakfast, though very dry. We woke up at midnight because their guests were too loud while walking in the hallway. they thought they were in the public market. We went there to get rest and sleep , we are light sleepers persons. Hope the hotel does something for other guests' consideration.

Overall experience are Good .. Nice service but the food are my less preference due to its flavors. Prices are much costly but I can recommend it. Venue and accomodations are good.

We celebrated my dad's 60th birthday here and even though we only booked a function room, we were also given a complementary room (for 1 night). The function room is nice and spacious. The hotel also has an old Filipino/native design, which is nice, but the room is quite old and dated. The aircon is still a window type model and it takes a bit long for it to cool the entire room. The CR is clean but you can notice that the tiles and fixtures are already old. The food was great though. The hotel is near Limketkai Mall, but I doubt the safety of the surrounding area. It's also too hot to walk there.

Personally I feel that the rooms are too gloomy due to lack of sunlight. I give the room interior a 2/5 Breakfast selections are very limited. It's always the usual cornbeef, longganisa, tapa, and bangus paired with juice or coffee. Palatability wise 2.5/5. Internet speed so far this time has improved (subjective). Past experience has either no connection or too slow that your internet data would perform better. 4/5 The hotel is perfectly situated near cogon market and limketkai and all its amenities 5/5. Price wise I would say it is afforadable even for long stays. 4/5. I would still recommend this hotel to those who would want to stay here.

We are happy to be at Pearlmont Hotel. We had our Oath Taking Ceremonies there and the hotel staff were accommodating, they guided us in our venue. The program went smoothly and thanks to all the staff who were doing their job properly.
